Unboxing Your Mattress:
Please be sure to unbox and unwrap your mattress within one week of receiving it. If left compressed for too long it may not retain its original shape and dimensions.
Open the box.
Keeping the mattress wrapped, slide it onto the surface of your bed frame.
Proceed with caution! Using a pair of scissors, carefully cut the layers of plastic, being careful not to cut into your mattress.
Unroll your mattress and position it on your bed.
Instantly the mattress will begin to expand, decompress and fill with air.
Give your mattress a full 24 hours to fully decompress before using.

Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. If you note any damage to the box or contents of the box, please note the damage on the bill of lading you sign from the delivery company. Please do not refuse delivery if you see damage. Instead, open the box and check the pieces inside for damage and call us at (612) 767-8501 if you have any damaged pieces.
